Terms of Service

ในการลงทะเบียน คุณได้ยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้

(1) บริษัท ไอที เอเชีย คอนซัลท์ติ้ง จำกัด (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “บริษัท”) เป็นผู้ให้บริการ Sondhi App แอปพลิเคชัน สำหรับการให้บริการสื่อแบบ over-the-top คือบริการสื่อสตรีมมิ่งที่เสนอให้กับผู้ชมโดยตรงผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยจำกัดอุปกรณ์มือถือที่ติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการณ์ iOS และ Android เท่านั้น รวมถึงบริการอื่นภายใต้บริษัทและบริษัทในเครือ ท่านยอมรับว่า การใช้บริการ แอปพลิเคชัน Sondhi App ถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ และการที่ท่านใช้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องภายหลังจากที่มีการประกาศแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว ย่อมถือเป็นการยอมรับการแก้ไขแต่ละครั้งด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน

(2) ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่า ข้อมูล ข้อความ รูปภาพ เสียง โลโก้ และส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของ แอปพลิเคชัน และช่องทางอื่น ที่ปรากฏบนช่องทางของบริษัท เป็นงานที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ซึ่งเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ ลิขสิทธิ์ สิทธิ และทรัพย์สินของบริษัท

(3) ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่า ท่านจะใช้บริการของบริษัทเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนตัว หรือวัตถุประสงค์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และจะไม่ใช้ช่องทางของบริษัทเพื่อประโยชน์ในทางการค้าหรือ ประโยชน์อื่นใดที่ขัดต่อกฎหมายและศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน นอกจากนี้ ท่านตกลงว่า จะไม่กระทําการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
     3.1 ท่านจะไม่ทำซ้ำ จัดพิมพ์ขึ้นใหม่ ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ทุกอย่าง เช่น ข้อความ เสียง เพลง รูป ภาพ กราฟิก วิดีโอ ซึ่งขัดต่อกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัทก่อนล่วงหน้า
     3.2 ท่านจะไม่กระทําการใดๆ อันขัดต่อประกาศหรือนโยบายของบริษัทที่ระบุไว้ในข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ หรือการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัท จะประกาศหรือกําหนดขึ้นภายหลัง หากบริษัททราบว่าท่านดําเนินการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดอันเป็นการขัดต่อข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กําหนดในแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้ บริษัทจะดําเนินการในทางกฎหมายกับท่านตามที่บริษัทเห็นสมควรได้ทันที เราขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลง การกู้คืนข้อมูล ยุติการให้บริการชั่วคราวหรือถาวร เมื่อใดก็ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า เราขอสงวนสิทธิปฏิเสธการรับผิดชอบใดๆ ต่อความสูญเสียความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น

(4) บริษัทขอสงวนไว้ซึ่งสิทธิในการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มเติม ตัดทอน บรรดาข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขใดๆ ที่ ระบุไว้ในแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้โดยไม่จำต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า

(5) หากเกิดข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการให้บริการของบริษัท อันเนื่องมาจาก แอปพลิเคชัน ท่านและบริษัทตกลงใช้กฎหมายไทยในการระงับข้อพิพาทการใช้บริการ แอปพลิเคชัน ถือเป็นการตกลงและยอมรับข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ และการที่ท่านใช้บริการภายหลังจากการมีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ของบริษัทในอนาคต ย่อมถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกําหนดและเงื่อนไขของบริษัทที่ได้มีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว

The Company will immediately take legal action against you as the Company deems appropriate.
